What We Do

CSC conducts investigations for employers and academic institutions regarding complaints of misconduct. A properly conducted investigation helps deter litigation (and costly judgments) and, in some cases, helps resolve conflict between individuals. CSC investigators have extensive experience investigating complaints of policy violations, harassment, discrimination and sexual misconduct.

Academic Institution Investigations

Every investigation involving an allegation of misconduct is critical and sensitive. At  CSC Investigations, we are uniquely qualified to investigate such allegations whether they involve a college, university, k-12 private or public school. Each of our investigators has a Juris Doctor degree and decades of legal experience, in addition to being a licensed private investigator. Our investigators have extensive investigative experience and training in Title IX requirements, the psychological dynamics of sexual assault, and how to effectively investigate and evaluate a sexual misconduct case.

Workplace Investigations

CSC Investigations provides prompt, thorough and independent workplace investigations. Whether it is an employee complaint of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, or bullying, CSC investigators have the interviewing skills and knowledge to provide employers with a sound, factual basis for decision-making, and offer assurance that the investigation has been given the credibility it demands.
